Creative Reset Session
This is your invitation to pause, reconnect, and restore your creative spirit. A one-on-one session designed to help you gently return to your craft when you’re feeling overwhelmed, blocked, or out of sync. We’ll slow down, check in, and explore what rest and expression look like for you. Part coaching, part creative play, part soul care - this is a soft landing space to come back to yourself.
BREATHING INTO CREATIVITY
A group breathwork session designed to help you reconnect with your body, your breath, and your creative spirit. Through guided exercises, gentle movement, and mindful breathing, you’ll release tension, open emotional space, and tune into the rhythms of your own inner song. This session is a safe, supportive environment to explore the connection between body, breath, and artistic expression - perfect for musicians, creatives, and anyone looking to move, breathe, and feel more fully present.

A FREE casual meet-up for musicians, songwriters, and creatives to hang out, chat, and get to know each other. Think of it as a space to share stories, connect over music, and make new friends - no agenda, no pressure, just good conversation and a welcoming community.
Writing Therapy
Not therapy-therapy, but writing as therapy. These gentle sessions are for anyone needing a space to process emotions, reconnect with their voice, or unblock their creativity. We’ll use prompts, poetic tools, and reflective exercises to guide you back to yourself.
