Creative Reset Session

This is your invitation to pause, reconnect, and restore your creative spirit. A one-on-one session designed to help you gently return to your craft when you’re feeling overwhelmed, blocked, or out of sync. We’ll slow down, check in, and explore what rest and expression look like for you. Part coaching, part creative play, part soul care—this is a soft landing space to come back to yourself.

Once a year, Songbirds of Fort Worth hosts a community showcase—and it’s more than just a performance. It’s a hands-on learning opportunity where members help build the event together from the ground up. From booking and organizing the lineup to promoting and planning the flow of the show, you’ll gain real-world experience that you can take into your own future album releases, tours, or live events. It’s creative collaboration with heart—and everyone has something to offer.

Not therapy-therapy, but writing as therapy. These gentle sessions are for anyone needing a space to process emotions, reconnect with their voice, or unblock their creativity. We’ll use prompts, poetic tools, and reflective exercises to guide you back to yourself.
